| What the source establishes | Skills England lists Fashion and Textiles Pattern Cutter ST0541 as approved for delivery, Level 3, version 1.1, updated December 10, 2025. The standard covers interpreting design briefs, drafting blocks and prototypes, taking measurements, using manual or CAD systems, overseeing sample production, evaluating size, fit, shape, fall, style and design, rectifying patterns, creating final master patterns, maintaining technical records, and handing production information to staff or suppliers. | Pattern Testers currently offers application intake, tester selection, feedback, photos, approvals, issue tracking, revisions, a reusable tester directory, and release deadlines. The public pricing page shows a limited free plan and paid Pro and Business tiers. Its June 2026 privacy policy lists names, email addresses, measurements, photos, feedback, application history, and assignments among the data processed. | NIST states that 10 millimetres equal 1 centimetre and that one inch is exactly 25.4 millimetres.
