Know before usingCommunity members add and quality-control the records, so confirm sizing, measurements, fabric suggestions, format, availability, errata, license, and purchase terms with the designer or publisher. Adding an entry to a stash does not provide the pattern files. Saved searches and private PDF storage are paid Plus features, and a listing or review does not establish pattern accuracy or fit. This Portuguese-language page is a regulatory starting point, not a product classification, approved label, customs decision, market-release authorization, translation service, or legal opinion. Exact obligations can depend on the product, destination, composition, presentation, exceptions, and later amendments. Check the current Portuguese legal text and obtain qualified advice when the consequence warrants it.The record does not create a production grade, supply universal increments or breakpoints, validate a CAD file or fit population, reproduce licensed standards, or replace qualified anthropometric, pattern, technical-design, fit, quality, accessibility, safety, statistical, and user-research review.A company result is not a blanket approval; confirm the certificate scope, validity, facility, process, product, and transaction documentation for the exact purchase.

Source and review
What the source establishesThreadloop's official guide describes an independent, fully crowdsourced database covering available and out-of-print sewing patterns. Its search supports pattern type, fabric type, age group, body type, cup size, level, format, file features, language, measurements, availability, and other filters; members can also track a stash, wishlist, projects, reviews, and discussions.INMETRO's FAQ, updated April 8, 2026 at the checked date, identifies Law 5.956/1973, Decree 75.074/1974, and INMETRO Ordinance 118/2021 as the central instruments. It says national and imported textile products must identify constituent fibers and that required information must be applied permanently to each unit. INMETRO also publishes an official illustrated textile-products booklet linked as the review source. The guide cites current ISO body-table, size-designation, and garment-measurement boundaries plus two peer-reviewed studies that tested the relationship between conventional grade rules, anthropometric evidence, and garment fit; it requires product-specific target deltas and validation instead of publishing universal increments. The official GOTS search exposes certified entities by country, field of operation, product category, and certification detail, including processing and trading scopes.
