Its original 2025 fashion-district project described more than 50 materials from 30 shops in five Bangkok districts, while the current site is broader; neither description establishes a complete Thai supplier census. Material Submission lets operators and developers propose records under stated selection criteria, so inclusion is not government approval, independent testing, current stock, product quality, commercial readiness, or project fit. | What the source establishes | Thailand's Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization) says it developed the TCDC Material Database to gather material and operator information from producers and distributors, and Thailand's government information portal describes the database as free to use. The live 2026 Thai interface exposes fabric and textile, leather, apparel and accessory use, commercial, bulk, small-quantity, imported, development, research, and low-capacity filters. It also publishes named material districts, material profiles, operator or shop pages, location and opening information where supplied, and current Material Submission activity. | Australia's National Training Register publishes current unit MSTAT3002, Develop patterns using basic patternmaking principles. The release document describes interpreting textile-product design specifications, considering fabric performance, selecting tools and equipment, developing patterns, testing the result, and making alterations.
