Know before usingA chain-of-custody record applies only to the named organization and scope; verify the exact product claim, current status, supplier role, artwork approval, and transaction documentation for each order. The interface and plan description do not prove tester reach, completion, feedback quality, fit validity, export quality, uptime, support, or suitability for an established release process. Measurements and photos can be sensitive personal data. Run a non-critical pilot, review the current privacy and service terms, define consent and photo rights, test exports and deletion, and keep pattern approval and release responsibility with the designer.A virtual sample or coloured fit map is not proof of physical fit, comfort, construction quality, manufacturability, or graded-size approval. Results depend on pattern geometry, sewing, avatar measurements and pose, fabric physical-property data, trims, mesh, and simulation settings. Current releases have substantial hardware and learning requirements; validate representative fabrics, bodies, movements, and sewn samples physically.

Source and review
What the source establishesPEFC describes the database as a current discovery and verification route for certified organizations, certificate validity, countries, product scope, sourcing, and due diligence.Pattern Testers currently offers application intake, tester selection, feedback, photos, approvals, issue tracking, revisions, a reusable tester directory, and release deadlines. The public pricing page shows a limited free plan and paid Pro and Business tiers. Its June 2026 privacy policy lists names, email addresses, measurements, photos, feedback, application history, and assignments among the data processed.CLO's current product and support documentation covers linked 2D pattern work and 3D garment simulation on avatars, grading review by size, fabric and garment visualization, fit maps for stress, strain, pressure, and tightness, and rendering and presentation output. Current system requirements publish separate Windows and Apple Silicon baselines and higher recommendations for complex simulation and rendering.
