Know before usingThis is a dated 2023 guide, not a live exporter registry or a complete view of Paraguay's current textile and apparel capacity. The guide labels its company section as an exporter directory but does not explain selection criteria, update cadence, current legal status, recent shipments, ownership, certifications, working conditions, capacity, equipment, materials, specialties, minimums, lead times, prices, or willingness to take new orders. Contacts may have changed. Verify the company, current export activity, relevant product capability, commercial terms, compliance evidence, and contact details directly before relying on a listing.Textillia is community-contributed and now runs with minimal maintenance, so record freshness, coverage, moderation speed, and continued availability require direct inspection. It does not sell the indexed patterns or materials. Confirm pattern files, sizing, measurements, availability, licence, errata, fabric details, and seller terms with the responsible designer, publisher, or manufacturer. Account deletion permanently removes uploaded projects, and the checked pages do not establish a complete export route. The platform is for knit and crochet rather than sewing, and a profile, application, rating, or platform listing does not prove technical competence, availability, identity, or fit for a project. Prices and plan limits can change. Define the test or edit scope, sizes, yarn, deadlines, compensation, confidentiality, intellectual property, file handling, expected feedback, and dispute process in writing before work starts. The record does not create a production grade, supply universal increments or breakpoints, validate a CAD file or fit population, reproduce licensed standards, or replace qualified anthropometric, pattern, technical-design, fit, quality, accessibility, safety, statistical, and user-research review.

Source and review
What the source establishesParaguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs currently links Guía Paraguay Exporta 2023 from its official trade-promotion and investment page. The normally validating HTTPS route resolves to a government-hosted PDF whose contents separate exportable products by tariff chapter and HS code. Textile and apparel chapters 50 through 63 connect products such as cotton fabric, knitwear, dresses, shirts, trousers, blankets, bed linen, towels, and other made-up textiles to named Paraguayan exporters. A separate Directorio de Empresas Exportadoras provides company-level addresses, phone numbers, emails, and websites.Textillia's current about page describes an independent, centralized, crowdsourced database that cross-references sewing patterns, materials, resources, projects, designers, companies, and shops. Its FAQ says the site does not sell patterns or fabric, logged-in members can add records, full database access uses a free account, and paid memberships will not launch. A February 2026 notice says the dissolved company will continue the site as a donation-supported hobby project with minimal maintenance and reduced active development.Yarnpond's current pages let knit and crochet designers publish public or private testing calls, select applicants, communicate with test teams, set milestones, collect feedback, post sample-making calls, and advertise tech-editing jobs. Testers can participate without charge, while designers pay per testing or job post, use credits that the pricing page says do not expire, or use a monthly subscription that the page says can be canceled. The guide cites current ISO body-table, size-designation, and garment-measurement boundaries plus two peer-reviewed studies that tested the relationship between conventional grade rules, anthropometric evidence, and garment fit; it requires product-specific target deltas and validation instead of publishing universal increments.
