| Know before using | This is a dated 2023 guide, not a live exporter registry or a complete view of Paraguay's current textile and apparel capacity. The guide labels its company section as an exporter directory but does not explain selection criteria, update cadence, current legal status, recent shipments, ownership, certifications, working conditions, capacity, equipment, materials, specialties, minimums, lead times, prices, or willingness to take new orders. Contacts may have changed. Verify the company, current export activity, relevant product capability, commercial terms, compliance evidence, and contact details directly before relying on a listing. | The portal does not decide whether a product requires certification, identify the correct rules or certificate data, classify an entry, replace the current 16 CFR part 1110 text, or reconcile a filing to an actual shipment. Effective dates and workflows differ by entry route; use current CPSC, CBP, customs, product-safety, and legal review. | Patternmaking knowledge, controlled measurement files, production conventions, and sewn fit testing are still required. | What the source establishes | Paraguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs currently links Guía Paraguay Exporta 2023 from its official trade-promotion and investment page. The normally validating HTTPS route resolves to a government-hosted PDF whose contents separate exportable products by tariff chapter and HS code. Textile and apparel chapters 50 through 63 connect products such as cotton fabric, knitwear, dresses, shirts, trousers, blankets, bed linen, towels, and other made-up textiles to named Paraguayan exporters. A separate Directorio de Empresas Exportadoras provides company-level addresses, phone numbers, emails, and websites. | CPSC operates the eFiling portal with role-specific importer, broker, applicability, Product Registry, regulated-product, laboratory, ACE, FAQ, video, and document-library routes. The certificate final rule took effect July 8, 2026 for covered non-FTZ products, with separate timing for covered FTZ entries. | The maintained Seamly2D repository identifies the application as GPLv3+ open-source patternmaking software for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
