Know before usingThe reference is not a dimensional measurement, manufacturer inspection, UK or Canadian conversion, steel-hook chart, tool recommendation, yarn assignment, gauge result, or proof that a proposed tool will produce the required fabric.Ribblr supplies the reading and publishing format, but each designer remains responsible for the pattern's math, sizing, instructions, testing, corrections, licence, and support. Interactive conveniences do not prove fit or technical accuracy. Pattern prices and available features vary, and following an ePattern depends on an account and continued platform access. The portal does not decide whether a product requires certification, identify the correct rules or certificate data, classify an entry, replace the current 16 CFR part 1110 text, or reconcile a filing to an actual shipment. Effective dates and workflows differ by entry route; use current CPSC, CBP, customs, product-safety, and legal review.

Source and review
What the source establishesRechecked July 27, 2026. The lookup reproduces the current public Craft Yarn Council metric and U.S. alias rows and follows the Council's warning that company letter and number labels vary; blank aliases remain blank instead of being inferred.Ribblr's current ePattern manual documents line-by-line progress tracking, size-specific instructions, interactive charts, counters, attached media, stitch tutorials, unit handling, and left-hand display options. Its Ribbuild guidance says designers can create and test interactive crochet, knitting, and sewing patterns inside the platform.CPSC operates the eFiling portal with role-specific importer, broker, applicability, Product Registry, regulated-product, laboratory, ACE, FAQ, video, and document-library routes. The certificate final rule took effect July 8, 2026 for covered non-FTZ products, with separate timing for covered FTZ entries.
