Its care-label guidance identifies covered manufacturers and importers, covered garments and piece goods, permanent-label expectations, care-instruction substantiation, exemptions, and enforcement under the Care Labeling Rule. | Australia's National Training Register publishes current unit MSTAT3002, Develop patterns using basic patternmaking principles.
