Know before usingA factory profile, platform label, bid, estimate, or message does not establish current identity, factory ownership, capability, capacity, workmanship, pricing, compliance, delivery, or project fit. Paid-plan visibility can affect who responds. Verify the production site, subcontracting, references, samples, quality and compliance records, specifications, commercial terms, and remedies directly. The portal does not decide whether a product requires certification, identify the correct rules or certificate data, classify an entry, replace the current 16 CFR part 1110 text, or reconcile a filing to an actual shipment. Effective dates and workflows differ by entry route; use current CPSC, CBP, customs, product-safety, and legal review. The reference is not a dimensional measurement, manufacturer inspection, UK or Canadian conversion, steel-hook chart, tool recommendation, yarn assignment, gauge result, or proof that a proposed tool will produce the required fabric.A foundational library, not yet an exhaustive stitch encyclopedia.

Source and review
What the source establishesMaker's Row currently lets a brand submit a project before advance sign-up, then provides access to an account. Its project workflow records product details and files and connects projects with factories by location and specialty. Search guidance lists apparel capabilities such as pattern making, sourcing, sample making, and production. Factory access to bids is plan-dependent.CPSC operates the eFiling portal with role-specific importer, broker, applicability, Product Registry, regulated-product, laboratory, ACE, FAQ, video, and document-library routes. The certificate final rule took effect July 8, 2026 for covered non-FTZ products, with separate timing for covered FTZ entries. The lookup reproduces the current public Craft Yarn Council metric and U.S. alias rows and follows the Council's warning that company letter and number labels vary; blank aliases remain blank instead of being inferred. The linked tool or guide is maintained inside Stitch Authority and was checked against its current public interface.
