Its care-label guidance identifies covered manufacturers and importers, covered garments and piece goods, permanent-label expectations, care-instruction substantiation, exemptions, and enforcement under the Care Labeling Rule. | Pattern Testers currently offers application intake, tester selection, feedback, photos, approvals, issue tracking, revisions, a reusable tester directory, and release deadlines.
