| Know before using | Origin evidence addresses whether a declared product meets applicable rules of origin; it does not prove factory ownership, current capacity, minimums, price, workmanship, quality systems, labor conditions, certification, delivery, or project fit. SENAVEX rules allow productive units and commercializers to register as exporters, so confirm whether the named exporter controls the facility and process being offered. | Community members add and quality-control the records, so confirm sizing, measurements, fabric suggestions, format, availability, errata, license, and purchase terms with the designer or publisher. Adding an entry to a stash does not provide the pattern files. Saved searches and private PDF storage are paid Plus features, and a listing or review does not establish pattern accuracy or fit. | A company result is not a blanket approval; confirm the certificate scope, validity, facility, process, product, and transaction documentation for the exact purchase. |

| What the source establishes | The Servicio Nacional de Verificacion de Exportaciones operates the public Hecho en Bolivia directory with company, business-area, and product routes. SENAVEX says displayed products have a Declaracion Jurada de Origen, and its current rules say an exporter needs a valid RUEX and supporting documentation before an origin declaration can be reviewed. | Threadloop's official guide describes an independent, fully crowdsourced database covering available and out-of-print sewing patterns. Its search supports pattern type, fabric type, age group, body type, cup size, level, format, file features, language, measurements, availability, and other filters; members can also track a stash, wishlist, projects, reviews, and discussions. | The official GOTS search exposes certified entities by country, field of operation, product category, and certification detail, including processing and trading scopes. |
