| Know before using | Use this as a topic-and-source map, not a current compliance answer. EDB's page shows no publication or review date, its download is from 2022, and the linked CBI page updated June 4, 2025 still instructs readers to comply with Directive 2001/95/EC even though Regulation (EU) 2023/988 repealed that directive from December 13, 2024. The materials mix law, buyer contracts, voluntary standards, advice, and third-party examples. They are not Sri Lankan or EU law, a complete current requirement list, product classification, licensed standard text, test plan, conformity assessment, customs ruling, certification, provider approval, or legal advice. Confirm the product code, destination, operator role, current regulations, national rules, chemicals, labeling, safety, testing, documentation, due diligence, customs route, and buyer manual with current official authorities and qualified support. | TUKAcad is Windows software; the official Mac route requires a separate virtual Windows environment. Pattern-piece, graded-size, marker, import and export, digitizing, and production-output capabilities vary materially by paid tier. A CAD file or marker report does not prove fit or factory readiness, so verify formats, grade rules, seam and production data, hardware, training, and downstream compatibility before subscribing. |

| What the source establishes | Sri Lanka Export Development Board identifies itself as the statutory export-development and promotion body established under Act No. 40 of 1979 and a provider of export-business information. Its Apparel & Textiles Standards page separates legal and non-legal, mandatory, voluntary, and niche European-market requirements. It links a live CBI overview last updated June 4, 2025, which groups mandatory legal requirements, buyer terms, additional expectations, and niche-market requirements and routes users to official systems including EU Access2Markets, EUR-Lex, and the European Chemicals Agency. EDB also offers a separate downloadable CBI report dated January 18, 2022. | Tukatech's current TUKAcad page publishes monthly Learning and Professional editions for digital patternmaking and grading, with a higher tier adding marker making, data import and export, digitizing, cut-data optimization, and yield reports. It discloses plan limits on pattern pieces, graded sizes, and marker dimensions, plus built-in help, block templates, a trial, Windows requirements, and the Windows-on-Mac route. |
