EDB's page shows no publication or review date, its download is from 2022, and the linked CBI page updated June 4, 2025 still instructs readers to comply with Directive 2001/95/EC even though Regulation (EU) 2023/988 repealed that directive from December 13, 2024. The materials mix law, buyer contracts, voluntary standards, advice, and third-party examples. They are not Sri Lankan or EU law, a complete current requirement list, product classification, licensed standard text, test plan, conformity assessment, customs ruling, certification, provider approval, or legal advice.
