Its public process says artisan registration asks for a service category, Aadhaar number, and training certificate, while the terms describe UPSIC as a facilitator connecting registered artisans with service seekers rather than a party to the service contract. | FreeSewing's official documentation says the browser editor drafts a selected design in real time from a measurement set rather than scaling or grading a standard-size pattern.
