Its public process says artisan registration asks for a service category, Aadhaar number, and training certificate, while the terms describe UPSIC as a facilitator connecting registered artisans with service seekers rather than a party to the service contract. | NIST defines 1 yard as exactly 0.9144 metre. Sewing & Craft Alliance guidance ties an applicable cutting layout to the exact view, size, fabric width, and nap condition and recommends layout work when listed conditions do not fit the project. | FreeSewing's official documentation says the browser editor drafts a selected design in real time from a measurement set rather than scaling or grading a standard-size pattern.
