Know before usingTailor is a broad trade label and does not prove that an individual accepts repair, alteration, a particular garment, or a particular material. The public artisan list does not expose a category filter, contact numbers are masked, and the visible population changes as registrations are processed. Portal registration, an identity field, or a training-certificate field is not a Stitch Authority assessment or evidence of workmanship. A customer account is required to book. Confirm service scope, current availability, identity, price, turnaround, travel, accessibility, custody, added work, warranty, and outcome directly before handing over an item.ATA's completeness language is an operator claim. Buyer-guide or member-directory inclusion does not establish a complete market map, current production capability, capacity, ownership, certification, product suitability, commercial terms, or project fit. Verify the actual company, site, product, documents, samples, and terms directly.A generated pattern is not independent fit evidence or a production-ready graded block. The result still depends on accurate measurements, the selected design and options, ease assumptions, fabric behavior, construction, and representative test garments. An account stores saved patterns and measurement sets, so review the platform's privacy terms before retaining personal measurements.

Source and review
What the source establishesThe current portal exposes Tailor as a service category, district and location controls, customer registration, and a public paginated artisan list with names, masked contact numbers, district, and division. Its public process says artisan registration asks for a service category, Aadhaar number, and training certificate, while the terms describe UPSIC as a facilitator connecting registered artisans with service seekers rather than a party to the service contract.ATA's current sourcing page links buyer's guides covering suppliers and products, a searchable member directory, and other association sourcing tools for the advanced and specialty-textile supply chain. ATA's own directory overview describes company listings and product showcases as ways for fabricators to find products and potential partners.FreeSewing's official documentation says the browser editor drafts a selected design in real time from a measurement set rather than scaling or grading a standard-size pattern. Users can adjust design options and export the generated result, including as PDF; saving the pattern to an account is optional and is used to revisit it later.
