Its care-label guidance identifies covered manufacturers and importers, covered garments and piece goods, permanent-label expectations, care-instruction substantiation, exemptions, and enforcement under the Care Labeling Rule. | Threadloop's official guide describes an independent, fully crowdsourced database covering available and out-of-print sewing patterns.
