| Know before using | This is the registered legal instrument, not a complete product compliance answer. It incorporates copyrighted standards whose full clauses, tables, and symbol specifications are not reproduced by this route; the ACCC states that licensed copies are purchased separately or may be viewed at an ACCC office subject to licensing conditions. The instrument does not classify a particular article, prove that wording or symbols are appropriate and adequate for every component, approve artwork, establish test evidence, or cover fibre content, origin, children's nightwear, chemicals, other product-safety duties, customs, buyer requirements, or legal advice. Confirm the latest version, exact regulated or exempt status, incorporated text, care evidence, label execution, related rules, and supply-chain records before market release. | Community members add and quality-control the records, so confirm sizing, measurements, fabric suggestions, format, availability, errata, license, and purchase terms with the designer or publisher. Adding an entry to a stash does not provide the pattern files. Saved searches and private PDF storage are paid Plus features, and a listing or review does not establish pattern accuracy or fit. | Ribblr supplies the reading and publishing format, but each designer remains responsible for the pattern's math, sizing, instructions, testing, corrections, licence, and support. Interactive conveniences do not prove fit or technical accuracy. Pattern prices and available features vary, and following an ePattern depends on an account and continued platform access. |

| What the source establishes | The Australian Government Federal Register of Legislation marks F2023L01187, the Consumer Goods (Care Labelling) Information Standard 2023, as in force, administered by the Department of the Treasury, authorised by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, and current at the registered September 4, 2023 version. The instrument commenced September 5, 2023 under subsection 134(1) of the Australian Consumer Law. It defines regulated goods and detailed exemptions. After its two transition periods, section 10 requires regulated goods to use either section 11's varied AS/NZS 1957:1998 route or section 12's ISO 3758:2012 Clause 4 route. | Threadloop's official guide describes an independent, fully crowdsourced database covering available and out-of-print sewing patterns. Its search supports pattern type, fabric type, age group, body type, cup size, level, format, file features, language, measurements, availability, and other filters; members can also track a stash, wishlist, projects, reviews, and discussions. | Ribblr's current ePattern manual documents line-by-line progress tracking, size-specific instructions, interactive charts, counters, attached media, stitch tutorials, unit handling, and left-hand display options. Its Ribbuild guidance says designers can create and test interactive crochet, knitting, and sewing patterns inside the platform. |
