| What the source establishes | The Servicio Nacional de Verificacion de Exportaciones operates the public Hecho en Bolivia directory with company, business-area, and product routes. SENAVEX says displayed products have a Declaracion Jurada de Origen, and its current rules say an exporter needs a valid RUEX and supporting documentation before an origin declaration can be reviewed. | Threadloop's official guide describes an independent, fully crowdsourced database covering available and out-of-print sewing patterns.
