What the source establishes.
At review time, the public Apparel Fabric route displayed 3,672 product listings across fiber, yarn, woven, knit, finish, and specialty-material categories. Product and seller pages exposed declared fields such as composition, weight, width, minimum order, seller name, business type, and product category. buyKOREA identifies KOTRA as its operator.

What this record does not prove.
Product and seller claims are marketplace content, not Stitch Authority qualification or proof of legal identity, factory control, current capacity, minimum availability, price, workmanship, certification scope, labor conditions, delivery, intellectual-property controls, compliance, or project fit. KOTRA's separate offline-verification statement applies to inquiries handled through its overseas trade offices, not every listing. Inquiry and transaction workflows require an account. Verify companies, claims, samples, contracts, quality systems, and compliance independently.
A reachable official source can verify identity, stated scope, and access. It cannot silently become an audit of workmanship, delivery, labor conditions, or suitability for your project.
